Booking Policy

I. Guests must present a valid ID before checking in.

II. Guests must abide by the rules and regulations of the hotel and work together with the staff to maintain the safety of the hotel property.

III. According to local laws and regulations, visitors are required to fill out a Visitor Registration Form at the front desk and leave the room before 11:00 p.m. Any visitors who need to stay beyond 11p.m. must check in at the front desk.

IV. Guests can book their rooms through the official channel of Xitan Hotel Beijing as follows:

1. Visit the official website of Xitan Hotel Beijing, www.xitanhotel.com, register, and book.

2. Call the front desk directly at +86 010 6086 8888 to book.

3. Search Xitan Hotel Beijing's WeChat mini program, register, and book.

4. Follow Xitan Hotel Beijing's official WeChat account to transfer to hotel’s WeChat mini program to book.

V. Reservations made through the official channels of Xitan Hotel Beijing can only book rooms of the same type per order with an unlimited number of rooms. If you need to book different room types, please place separate orders.

VI. The price published by Xitan Hotel Beijing's official channels for reservations includes the room rate, two breakfasts, tax, and service charge.

VII. The hotel only accepts bookings with a credit card guarantee and prepaid orders. The guarantee and prepayment fees are for the full room rate, i.e., after booking the room, all the room fees for the period of stay are paid in advance. The full room rate does not include the deposit, room upgrade, in-room consumption, or extended stay, which need to be spent and settled on site at the hotel.

VIII. Please note that a deposit must be paid during check-in and is based on the total room rate payable. The cash deposit will be refunded to you in cash directly after check-out. The pre-authorized deposit will be refunded to your account within 5-15 business days after check-out, depending on your credit card/bank card and your respective bank policy.

IX. Upon check-in, a room upgrade can be done for you based on the availability of rooms on the day, and the hotel will charge accordingly.

X. The check-in time of the hotel is after 15:00 p.m. on the day of check-in, and the check-out time is before 12:00 noon on the proposed check-out day. Please make sure to check-in and check-out according to the specified time. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled or additional charges for late check-out. XI. The check-out time is before 12:00 noon on the day of the proposed check-out day. For late check-out from 12:00 pm to 14:00 pm on the proposed check-out day, an additional half-day room rate will be charged. For late check-out from 14:00 pm to 18:00 pm on the proposed check-out day, an additional full-day room rate will be charged. For late check-out, please call the front desk before 10:00 a.m. on the proposed check-out day, and the possibility of late check-out depends on the actual situation of the hotel.

 

Modification and Cancellation Policy

I. The hotel only accepts bookings with a credit card guarantee and prepaid orders. The guarantee and prepayment fees are for the full room rate, i.e., after booking the room, all the room fees for the period of stay are paid in advance. The full room rate does not include the deposit, room upgrade, in-room consumption, or extended stay, which need to be paid and settled on site at the hotel.

II. For orders made through the hotel's official channels, please complete payment within 30 minutes of placing the order. If the payment is not made within 30 minutes, the order will be automatically cancelled.

III. Orders made through the hotel's official channels cannot be modified after payment has been made. If any modification is needed, the order can only be cancelled and re-ordered. To avoid unnecessary losses, please verify the booking information carefully before making payment.

IV. If cancellations requested, please cancel your order where you placed; Dates are Non-National Public Holidays nor Special Holidays, free cancellation is available 72 hours or more before check-in. Cancellation less than 72 hours before check-in will be deducted from the full amount of the room charge. No changes or cancellations allowed on National Public Holidays or any Special Holidays. V. No shows means your order have been placed but no any guests showing to process check-in procedure. When no show occurs, your full room fees (what you have spent all for your any reservation order) will be charged.

VI. Check-out Time: Departure the next day by 12:00pm as regulated.

VII. Early Check-out Time: Departure early as hotel’s regulated check-out time. When early check-out occurs, your full room fees (what you have spent all for your any reservation order) will be charged.

VIII. Late check-out time from 12:00pm to 14:00pm on the day of departure, an additional of half-day room fees will be charged. Late check-out time from 14:00pm to 18:00pm on the day of departure, an additional of full-day room fees will be charged. If you need to apply for a late check-out, please call the front desk before 10:00am on your departure day. The possibilities of the late check-out depends on hotel’s actual occupancy situation.

Invoice Instruction

If guests need an invoice, they can request it from the hotel after check-out. Invoices will only be issued for the actual paid amount and will not include vouchers, balances, or other discounts. Invoices are issued in accordance with the relevant Chinese laws and regulations.

 

Children Policy

 The hotel is committed to ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all guests/visitors. The hotel does not accept children under the age of 12 for stays or visits, nor does it allow guests under the age of 18 who are unaccompanied by a guardian.

 

Force Majeure

 If either the hotel or the customer fails to fulfill their obligations due to force majeure, the affected party shall not be liable to the other party, and each party shall bear the expenses and losses incurred as a result. Force majeure refers to objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, specifically including [ ]. If either party fails to fulfill its obligations prior to the occurrence of force majeure, compensation shall still be made to the other party for the losses suffered.

 

If force majeure or other extraordinary events prevent the provision of service, especially the inability to provide the customer with the booked room, the hotel has the right to provide services of the same nature with the prior consent of the client.

 

Portrait Rights Policy

 I. No one shall infringe upon the portrait rights and/or brand image of the Hotel's guests, employees, service providers, etc. No one may use, modify, or destroy the photographs and pictures of the Hotel's guests, employees, service providers, etc., without permission, or engage in any act involving the infringement of portrait rights as stipulated in the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China.

II. No one shall use the photos and/or portraits of the Hotel and/or the right holder for profit without the consent of the Hotel and/or the right holder.

III. No one shall display, publicize, exhibit, reproduce, distribute, etc., the photographs and/or portraits of the Hotel and/or the right holder without the consent of the Hotel and/or the right holder.

IV. No one shall bring professional photographic equipment to shoot within the hotel's business area without the hotel's authorization, and upon discovering this, the hotel reserves the right to stop any shooting and dissemination that affects the brand image of the hotel.

V. The Hotel is committed to ensuring a comfortable experience and meeting privacy requirements for all guests. The hotel reserves the right to prohibit any unauthorized recording or photography conducted by using any filming equipment and methods without the guest's permission, and violators will bear all legal and related consequences.
